Dennis Auld

Dennis Auld, Chief Executive Officer
of Database Access Group, LLC, also has over 25 years of experience in all
phases of database companies, from . Recently Auld was CEO of e-psyche, LLC, and
President of e-NICEM.COM. He has served as a consultant in the field of
electronic publishing and database management after serving as Senior
Consultant, PsycINFO. Formerly Auld held the position of Senior Director,
PsycINFO, a division of the American Psychological Association. Prior to
joining PsycINFO in 1990, he was President of UMI/Data Courier from 1983 and had
held several positions in product development and administration with that
organization since 1974. Mr. Auld was a co-founder of the ABI/INFORM database,
and also directed the development of the Business Dateline database, both
currently University Microfilms International products. He has served with many
information industry organizations including President, ASIDIC; President, NFAIS;
Chair of the Marketing Sub-Committee, ICSTI; a member of the joint NFAIS/AAP-PSP
working group; and a member of the Publishing and Small Business Committee of
the IIA. Mr. Auld has served as program chair for several conferences for NFAIS
and ASIDIC. He has a BS Degree in Economics from the University of Oregon, and a
Masters of Business Administration Degree from Portland State University.
Lynn Hampton

Lynn Hampton is President of Database Access Group, a consulting firm located in Alexandria, VA. Ms. Hampton adds to the practices of the firm expertise in aviation management and infrastructure financing including design/build/operate/transfer ventures. Ms. Hampton retired from the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority in July 2011 where she was the President and Chief Executive Officer from May 2010 to July 2011 and Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 1989 to 2010. Formerly she was the Chief Financial Officer of the cities of Arlington Texas and Louisville, Kentucky.
As the President and Chief Executive Officer of MWAA, Ms. Hampton planned, directed, and executed all programs and activities of MWAA. In addition to two large hub airports, the MWAA is responsible for the operations of the Dulles Toll Road and the construction and financing of a 23 mile extension of the Metrorail to Dulles.
Ms. Hampton is recognized as an international expert on the financing of large infrastructure programs. Ms Hampton‘s experience includes government management of accounting, treasury management, union negotiations, information technology, risk management, procurement and pensions. Ms Hampton received her B.S and M.B.A. from the University of Louisville and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Hampton is chair of the audit committee of Access Group and is on the Industrial Development Board of the City of Alexandria, VA. She served on the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and the Board of Directors of the Government Finance Officers Association. She is a past Chair of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, a past Chair of the Economic Committee of the Airport Council International of North America, past Chair of the Airport Council International-World Economics Committee, past Chair of the Board of Trustees of VantageTrust and former first vice president of the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital.
Ms. Hampton is a frequent speaker on topics of Finance and Debt Management, nationally and internationally. She has testified to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and to the U.S. Congress on infrastructure development and tax-exempt financing. She has published articles in professional journals on airport capital construction, ICAO policies, banking practices, risk management and labor relations. She has worked with staff of the airports in Moscow and other Russian cities providing training in civil airport management.
